 Joel has spent the last 2 
 decades helping individuals

 Fargo Home Mortgage and Chase Home Lending.  This, after a 20 year career as a credit analyst and commercial loan officer at Sterling National Bank and then as an Assistant Division Credit Officer and Special Loans (loan workout) Officer with National Westminster Bank USA, making loans and resolving problem loans.   So he knows his way around credit and credit lenders.  What makes them tick and what they need to modify mortgages. 

Joel's goal is to assist his clients: avoid losing their homes; stop struggling to make payments; to correct their cash flow and to eliminate the anxieties that accompany all of this.
